AKA you’ll shake and maybe even break a sweat, but you’ll do it safely and with kick-ass form.

Reformer

A piece of Pilates equipment that looks like a bed frame; it’s infinitely adjustable, using springs and pulleys to strengthen and challenge your body to be more in control of your movements.

Mat

The original Pilates format. Mat work challenges the body differently than working with equipment because there are no springs or straps to add support - it’s all you. Like equipment-based classes, mat work conditions the whole body with a focus on the core to lengthen and strengthen your muscles.
